Gave quote online working from these pix (THANK YOU for giving me a cost, as I had no idea if I could even afford this). Offered to do the service on a neighbor's tree that hangs over 10" into my yard and has an invasive root system that is killing my lawn FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF ALL THE HIGHLY RATED COMPANIES in my area.
The HOA sent out their own landscape contractor, and he identified MAJOR problems where the tree must be removed (I don't have to pay anything as it is my neighbor's responsibility/liability). They said they would contact the neighbor and work it out, but if they don't (which I expect...) I decided I would pay and have Padilla do the trim until they resolve that.
He was prompt in reply, helpful, knowledgeable, and is still waiting for a reply on what the heck the HOA is going to do. I wouldn't feel unsafe going with this company, considering the attentive service in just getting a quote!

After a brief walk around, Sal was able to give me a reasonable quote for trimming palm trees and removals, so we proceeded to schedule the work. He showed up on time and brought an army to tackle what turned out to be a large job, filling two trucks with shredded palm fronds in a surprisingly short amount of time. He and his crew work efficiently, cleaning as they went.
One of the biggest differentiators for Premier is that they do not use tree spikes to climb trees - instead, they use aerial work platform trucks and ladders. This has the benefit of not leaving unsightly wounds on your palms, and this was something I was specifically looking for after using other tree services.
